Who we are

2theMOON Universe is a game in development. The data controller for this website is Jakub Gajdadzis, Czech Republic. Contact: 2themoonuniverse@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Your e-mail address, when you join the waitlist, and a note of where you came from (for example Instagram or TikTok).
• We use it only to tell you when the game launches and about early access. No other newsletters, no selling or sharing your address with advertisers.
• Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox in the form). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where it is stored

Form entries are stored by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which processes them on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

How long we keep it

Until the game launches and up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to 2themoonuniverse@gmail.com. Every e-mail we send will also contain an unsubscribe link. You also have the right to complain to the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz).
